Full pre-payment and a non-refundable policy will be applied for all rooms in a group booking.

This will supersede any prior group booking that was made with a flexible and refundable policy. Should there be an outstanding balance as a result, our team will contact you to complete the full settlement.

Complimentary customisation of in-room refreshments are available for guest staying in the Master Series rooms.

Guests can enjoy onsite restaurant such as Qin Restaurant & Bar located at Levels 4 & 5 in the hotel or In-room dining is available throughout the day or explore the neighbourhood through the inner circle guide.

The nearest train station is Telok Ayer MRT Station, which offers direct access via Exit D, just a two-minute walk away. Other nearby train stations within walking distance include Raffles Place and Chinatown MRT Stations.

For an early check-in, a pre-blocking of room is required for a confirmed early check-in, chargeable at 1 night’s charge.

For late checkout at 6:00 PM, it will be chargeable at half-day rate. For checkout after 6:00 PM, a full-day charge applies.

Dry cleaning and laundry service are available, you may also refer to the in-room laundry list for charges or approach any of our staff to assist you.

Pressing services are available on a complimentary basis for guests who stay in the Master Series rooms.

Parking is chargeable at the property. However, complimentary one-time exit parking coupon is provided per room night for guest who booked directly on our website. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel premises. Guests are allowed to smoke in designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
If you are caught smoking in the guestroom, you are liable for a fine of SGD 200.

Luggage storage is available for hotel guests on complimentary basis. Guests who arrive before their check-in time may store their bags until their rooms are ready. Guests may also store their bags following their checkout until the end of the day.

Our hotels follow the Singapore standard and uses the British BS1362 three-pronged square pin type socket.

Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM - 10:30 AM.

Guest who stays in the Master Series rooms can enjoy All Day In-Room Breakfast Hours from 11:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

Baby cots and baby cribs are available on request and subject to availibility.

Vegetarian meals are available for breakfast and in-room dining. 

Our hotel is not Halal certified.

In accordance with the National Registration Regulations, guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. A valid physical identification (passport or NRIC) is required at registration. Driver’s licenses, membership cards, and Singpass will not be accepted.

Our team will be glad to assist you with a simple room decoration for special events at a minimal charge.
